As a Destination Management Company based in Dubai, UAE, we sell only through our travel partner network. Hence, you do need to register as a partner in order to book the services via the online booking system.

You may change your password by clicking ‘Account’ tab on top of the screen. There is a ‘Show menu’ option tab below where you may change your password under ‘Profile Management’.

We offer hotel rooms, visas, transfers, guides, tickets to attractions and events, and a host of other services across the UAE. You may also book special offers or packages on our home page under ‘Check-out these awesome deals’.

After login you will land on our home page where you may book all/any of the following services: Hotels/Tours/Airport Services/Transfers/Other Services.

Under Hotels tab, you may find a field called ‘Destination/Location’ which will enable you to search hotels based on a certain area/sector.

You may book airport services such as Marhaba/Ahlan/VIP lounge etc., from ‘Airport services’ tab available on our home page.

You may book transfers from ‘Transfers’ tab available on our home page. Here you are allowed to book Airport arrival/departure transfers, Inter hotel shifting transfers for Seat in Coach/Private transfers by different types of cars.

You may book sightseeing tours and excursions from ‘Tours’ tab available on our home page.

As soon as you have booked all/any of your services you may click the ‘I accept the terms & conditions’ which is available below the list of services to proceed to ‘Generate Quote’ option.

We are currently working on this option and will let you know once it is done.

You may find all your current/future reservations under ‘Account’ at the top of the home page. You may search the reservations by entering any/all of the following fields: Booking Reference/Service Type/Destination (Location)/ your booking reference number/Guest first name/Guest Second name/ Travel Date/Booking date/Booking status /Hotel / Hotel Confirmation number

You may book a service for the next day subject to availability of the requested service/s. Hotel rooms may be booked based on availability and booking/cancellation policies set by each hotel.

Yes, you may book different hotels for various guests in the same booking provided they are for the same arrival dates. However we recommend a single booking for various guests if they are from the same family/group.

Yes, you may book multiple transfers for various guests in the same booking while considering the conditions in the previous query.

Yes, all our room rates/services etc., are inclusive of all applicable taxes and service fees. Tourism Dirham and other charges are to be paid by the guest directly at the hotel. Contact our destination specialists for more details.

Your booking is confirmed if you find the hotel you are planning to book is available and showing ‘Book Now’. This will also been shown in the confirmation/Invoice which you will get at the time of closing the booking. However, we will issue a Hotel Voucher only after receiving the full payment for the booked services.

You cannot able to make changes to a reservation online. However, this can be done currently by sending us an email via [email protected] or by contacting your reservation officer.

Currently this provision can be made by email only. Please note charges will be applicable as per cancellation policy of the hotel/services mentioned in our contract. To change a reservation, please send us an email via [email protected] or contact one of our reservation officers.

A refund or forfeiture will be subject to the cancellation policy of the hotel.

Kindly note cancelling or changing a hotel reservation is based on each hotel’s reservation, cancellation, or change policies which you may find if you click the ‘i’ icon against each hotel, or as part of the quote and invoice.

Group bookings normally are highly customized to make the trip enjoyable for all guests. Please contact our destination specialists by email or phone for group bookings.

You may book a maximum of 6 rooms per booking.

You may proceed as in a normal booking, and in the hotel remarks please do mention that the guest is a VIP. Our Reservation officer/Destination specialist will get in touch with you and offer more value added services for VIP clients.

Guest need to show the hotel voucher we issue, along with passport copy at the time of check-in.

Yes, it is safe to pay by online once we introduce an online payment system.

We prefer the booking made either by our online system or by an email.

All the rates shown are net and non-commissionable.

No, you do not have to reconfirm hotel bookings. Once a booking is available and confirmed the bookings deem to be confirmed as long as you have made the full payment.

Such a situation normally does not arise since we reconfirm the booking with the hotel. However, in case you come across such a scenario, you may call in the emergency number mentioned in the hotel voucher/welcome folder.

You do not require any document for making a hotel booking, however, you may need to send the passport copy with a prescribed size photograph for applying the visa.

Our working hours are from 0900hrs – 2100hrs UAE time (GMT +4), and we are open all 7 days of the week.
